- Integration metadata and API credentials you configure.
- Telephony event data, call metadata, and transcript-related fields when available.
- CRM record identifiers and operational logs needed for sync reliability.
2. How we use data
- Operate integration workflows and synchronize authorized records.
- Provide analytics, status monitoring, and troubleshooting support.
- Improve product reliability, security, and feature quality.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We share data only with service providers and platforms required to operate the service (for example RingCentral, CRM platforms, and infrastructure providers), or where legally required.
4. Security controls
- Access-controlled environments and credential handling practices.
- Session controls and protected routes for administrative surfaces.
- Reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access and misuse.
5. Retention
Data is retained only as needed to provide service functionality, support diagnostics, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations.
